​Abstract

​This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of employing educational technology in developing digital competencies among students of the Faculty of Education - Tiji, and aimed to identify the extent of the use of educational technology by students of the Faculty of Education - Tiji, and the level of digital competencies among students in the college, and also sought to know the effect of employing educational technology on the digital competencies of students. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of all academic departments in the College of Education. The Computer Science Department was chosen as the sample for the study, and the number of students in the department was (66) male and female students. To collect the data, a questionnaire was used, which was distributed via Google Forms to the selected sample. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used, and some statistical methods were adopted.

The study results showed a high level of educational technology utilization in the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Education in Tiji, and that students possessed digital competencies. A statistically significant correlation was found between the utilization of educational technology and digital competencies among Computer Science students. Furthermore, the results indicated no statistically significant differences in digital competency levels attributable to gender or academic year.

​هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في تنمية الكفايات الرقمية لدى طلبة كلية التربية-تيجي، وهدفت إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام طلاب كلية التربية تيجي لتكنولوجيا التعليم، ومستوى الكفايات الرقمية لدى الطلبة بالكلية، كما سعت لمعرفة أثر توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم على الكفايات الرقمية لدى الطلاب، ولغرض تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية، اختير قسم الحاسوب عينة للدراسة وبلغ عدد الطلاب بالقسم (66) طالباً وطالبة، ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الاستبانة، تم توزيعها بواسطة جوجل فورم على العينة المختارة، واستخدم البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، واعتمدت بعض الأساليب الإحصائية.

وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع واقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم بقسم الحاسوب بكلية التربية تيجي، وتمتع الطلبة بالكفايات الرقمية، وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين واقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم والكفايات الرقمية لدى طلبة قسم حاسوب، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفايات الرقمية يمكن أن تعزى لمتغيري النوع والسنة الدراسية.
